The terms that apply to quotations, orders and delivery.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to confirmation at order.
Orders
Orders are confirmed in writing. Made-to-order specifications cannot be changed after confirmation.
Delivery
Lead times run from order confirmation. Incoterms as stated on the quotation.
Liability
Parts must be fitted by a competent installer to the published torque figures.
