What is covered, for how long, and what to send us if something is wrong.

Cracking or deformation under normal use, not caused by impact damage or incorrect fitment.

Peeling, blistering or delamination of the coating under normal use and care.

Kerb and pothole impact, racing and competition use, incorrect torque, corrosive cleaners, and damage during fitting.

Making a claim

Send photographs of the part, including the marking on the inner barrel.

Send the order reference and the vehicle it was fitted to.

We assess and respond, usually within three working days.

Approved claims are replaced or credited by agreement.
